Everyone talks about the millennial generation, I foresee it more as a behaviour pattern rather than an age bracket. The millennial behaviour imply being more tech savvy and using the internet much more than previous generation hence the necessity for the travel industry to focus its effort towards the Digital world. How important is it well it is crucial for the travel industry to adapt and foster this channel that will become if not already the main channel.
